Summer is here! As kids are getting ready to leave behind school books and homework, some of our thoughts are tending toward pool parties, beach lounging, and splash pads. To help you get your little ladies ready for summer, Jen has a new pattern out! Welcome the Sunny Day Swimsuit to the Snuggle My Baby family!

This is a modest two piece suit that offers a good amount of protection from the sun. There are three sleeve lengths so you can make this with long, short, or cap sleeves…or you can hack this to be a ¾ length sleeve. The last option isn’t part of the pattern, but it’s a relatively simple mod that gives you even more options. The top is also fully lined in front to give some extra modesty to your little while she’s playing in the water. The bottoms are also fully lined and give full bum coverage.

Jen does everything she can to ensure extra mileage on her patterns so most patterns come in a wide range of sizes. This one is no exception to that standard and comes in sizes 2T through 16 years. With so many sleeve options, you could make a suit for every day of the week, and they would all be different.

This pattern includes layered pattern pieces so you can select only the pattern sizes that you want or need. This saves on ink and paper if you like to print your pieces and cut them out. You also get photos with each step of the process so you can compare your pieces as you go.
